Since 1917 Winchester Cold Storage has been providing public warehouse space and distribution services in the beautiful Shenandoah Valley of Virginia. Originally designed and built to serve the local apple community, Winchester Cold Storage Company grew in size and capability to at one time garner the title the World's Largest Apple Cold Storage Warehouse Facility. Over the years Winchester Cold Storage has leveraged that experience and grown with the times to offer a broad array of storage capabilities and services to numerous food products and industries. Today WCSC has 6 facilities located in 2 states, with approximately 22.9 million cubic feet/1.4 million square feet of space. WCSC offers freezer, cooler, controlled atmosphere, tempering, climate controlled, and dry storage as well as various handling and distribution services, all positioned around three key concepts: Superior service to customers, Strategic location and logistics, and exceptional value on price point Winchester Cold Storage Company has developed an approach based on service to and respect for customers.
